As it has come to be expected the lanes provided the challenge that required bowlers to stay out of trouble and make their spares in order to find their way into match play today. Cut scores for both division remained low and everyone who bowled came away understand what real tournament bowling is all about. The American Masters Bowlers Tour continues to stand by our promise to provide area bowlers with challenging lane condititons that will require skill and the consistance of repeating shots. You WILL NOT find any easy league play house conditions on this tour. We are always talking to new potiential members and inviting area bowlers to come out and experience what true tournament bowling is all about. If you are up to the challenge then the American Masters Bowler Tour is the place to be. If you are looking for easy bumper bowling lane conditions on a typical house shot then there are those tournament organizations out there in our area that can provide that for you. The true value of the challenge that we provide comes when you get the oppourtunity to win an American Masters Champions title and earning one of our special Champions Eagles. Those who have earned their Champions Eagles can tell you that this is a bowling title that really means something in their bowling careers. The first place prize money always gets spent and is forgotten about but the accomplishment of earning one of our Champions Eagles will last a life time. Our High Qualifier for our 206 handicap division was Brent Keller as he posted a great 1154 W/Handicap to lead all bowlers in our handicap division. This was Brent's second career High Qualifier award. Craig Nidiffer continues to have a strong lead in the Bowler of the Year performance points for our 226 Scratch Division. Bob Frink made up some ground today by earning his second champions title of the tournament season and if Bob can find away to win the next two special points events he could still challenge Craig for the crown.
